Apple Cuts Revenue Forecast, Citing Weak China iPhone Sales amid Trade Tensions
In a letter to shareholders on Wednesday, Tim Cook pointed to slowing growth in China, the world’s second-biggest economy, as the key factor in lowering its quarterly sales forecast, it was the first time Apple has issued a warning on revenue ahead of quarterly results since the iPhone was launched in 2007.
